central location friendly staff good breakfast
I appreciated the hotel's central location, very close to many dining options. The staff was friendly and cute. I liked the room's cleanliness and size. I also found breakfast offered a good selection of items (especially the fresh fruit).
I noticed the coffee capsules in the room were not replenished on the second day.

The room was a good size. I had a Superior Double Room. Breakfast featured many choices (especially the herring!).
The gym was quite small. I think only two people can realistically use it at the same time.

the location is perfect, just a short walk from the central station. jose at the front office was especially cute! the breakfast area had many options. the hotel was very clean.

accommodating staff immediate room quiet environment cracked wallpaper dirty window splintering frame
i found the staff accommodating. i received a room immediately upon arrival. it was comfortable and quiet, awesome for restful sleep.
i noticed some issues with the room maintenance. there were visible cracks in the wallpaper. the bathroom window had significant dirt and a splintering wooden frame.

large wardrobe convenient location electric kettle
i arrived by train and found the hotel a short walk from the central station. it was also just steps from the vibrant lilla torg. the room featured a large wardrobe closet and an electric kettle.
the air conditioning was not very effective it did not properly cool the room.

The hotel has a very central location. It is easy to reach many attractions. my room was quite spacious, i stayed in a beautiful room. the staff were all friendly.
the air conditioning did NOT function properly. this made it difficult to regulate the room temperature. some furniture looked a bit strange. there was no body lotion available.
